Class Description

Morning Classes

A.M. Boost – This class is a great way to start your day or even finish your day for you 3rd shift ladies.  A safe and effective group exercise class, which includes toning, balance, & stretching exercises. (30 min).

Calorie Kiick – A high energy workout that combines heart-pumping cardio with kickboxing.  Join in for a great workout that will get you sweating and burning calories. (60 min).

 

Cardio Blast – Come and get your day off to a kick with this high energy class!  You're sure to work up a sweat! (60 min).

 

Circuit Training – A great way to start or finish your day. A safe and effective group exercise class, which includes a warm-up that is   followed by a timed workout on our strength training equipment. An instructor throughout the class proves supervision for proper form and motivation (30 min).

 

Functional Fitness – Begin your day with a combination of aerobic and strength training that is sure to get you moving. A great low impact starter workout to improve flexibility, balance, and tone your muscles (60 min).

 

H2O Boot Camp – Ease your body and joints into exercising with stress free water resistance training.  Feel light on your feet while toning your body with refreshing aerobic exercise. (60 min).

 

Heat Factor – Intensity cardio intervals combined with weight training segments. This class will challenge all fitness levels. Push yourself to the next level by improving aerobic fitness and sculpting those muscles (60 min).

 

Hydro Power – An aquatic workout that provides a gentle, yet effective method for burning fat and toning the body. Moving through water is a cardio and resistance training all in one, and you don’t have to lift a weight (60 min).

 

Target Toning – Enjoy a fun and invigorating class that is sure to get your day off to a good start.  A combination of cardio, toning, and stretching will work your whole body. (60 min).

 

Power Booster – Begin the day with a combination of aerobic and strength training that is sure to wake you up and get you moving. The combination of step moves along with strength training is a sure fat burner! Your heart will love the cardio-vascular training and your body will enjoy the extra fat burning (30 min).

 

Smokin' Pedals - A great way to break the plateau.  This high intensity cycling workout simulates riding on flat, hills, and climbs...all without the traffic! This class will improve your cardio and keep your thighs and butt toned. (45 min.)

 

Yoga – Challenge yourself mentally, physically, and spiritually. Unwind from the stress of your day while toning your body. Improve flexibility, balance, lung capacity, and self-image. Learn how to "enjoy the moment" (60 min)

 

Zumba – This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms & easy to follow moves.  Come experience a calorie burning

& body energizing class. (45 min).

 

 

Evening Classes

Burn 2 Build – A fat burning and muscle building class combining 30 minutes of floor/step aerobics and 30 minutes of resistance training. This class is designed to accommodate all fitness levels with easy to follow exercise combinations (60 min).

 

Core Strength – This class is a total strength class focusing on the abdominal and lower back region. This class will be combined with cardio dance moves for the CORE (60 min).

 

Cycle Fit – A great way to break the plateau – high intensity workout that simulates riding on flat, hills, and climbs. All without the traffic! The class will improve your cardio and keep your butt and thighs toned (60 min).

 

Latin Funk Aerobics – High energy class combines floor aerobics with energizing Latin music (60 min).

 

Pump & Burn – Fatigued at the end of your workday? Reenergize with a combination of cardio, glide, step and hoop workout along with weights and other fitness equipment to make the workout explosive but also fun! With an interval mix of movements and strength exercises we are sure to burn the calories (60 min).

 

Shape Factor – This class is a total body toning class. Building muscle is a must-do! For every pound of muscle you add, you automatically burn an extra 35 – 50 calories per day. Let’s burn more calories and give your body a whole new shape (60 min).

 

Step Illusion – Attention all steppers! Lace up your shoes and get ready for an awesome step aerobic class. This class will keep you moving with pumping music and exciting moves (60 min).

 

Step Kick – Get ready for the weekend! Join us for ½ hour of step followed by ½ hour of kickboxing. Engage that core and sculpt those arms and legs as you sweat (60 min).
